(TSX-V: EMNT) (OTCQB: EMGDF) (the "Company" or “Eminent”) announces it has elected to terminate an option agreement on the Spanish Moon property with Optionor, Nevada Select Royalty Inc. as well as the Barcelona Property optioned by A. Bryce Sorenson (collectively “Spanish Moon”).
After realizing recent new permitting challenges associated with Spanish Moon, the Company decided it does not wish to procced with the Spanish Moon project and associated claims. Eminent will focus its efforts on its drill ready flagship Hot Springs Range Project, a direct analogue to the 42mm oz Getchell Trend, which has world class Carlin style potential, as well as on Gilbert South, where the Company’s geophysical, geochemical, and mapping programs show the potential for bonanza style epithermal gold veins in the very prolific environment that is the Walker Lane.
