Ivan Bebek brings more than 25 years of experience in financing, corporate strategy, and value creation within the mineral exploration sector. He has a strong track record of positioning, funding, and advancing exploration companies through discovery and monetization, contributing to several notable successes across the industry.

Mr. Bebek was formerly Executive Chairman of Auryn Resources, where he helped lead the spinouts of Coppernico Metals and Tier One Silver, and the transition of Auryn into Fury Gold Mines. Prior to that, he served as President, CEO, and Co‑Founder of Cayden Resources, which was acquired by Agnico Eagle Mines for $205 million in 2014. He was also a Co‑Founder of Keegan Resources, the company responsible for the 5‑million‑ounce Esaase gold discovery, now in production as Galiano Gold.

He currently serves as Chair and Director of Tier One Silver. At Eminent Gold, Mr. Bebek advises on corporate development, strategic partnerships, and financing initiatives.
